Born in Venezuela to a French lineage, Alexia Jessier is the Founder and Creative Director of Metisse Studio, a Miami-based practice shaped by a life between cultures, continents, and design traditions.
Educated in the United States and Europe working internationally, her aesthetic draws from European refinement, Latin warmth, and the clarity of contemporary American architecture. Her work is guided by a quiet rigor and insistence on proportion, materiality, and detail creating interiors that feel at once sophisticated, intimate, and enduring.
Each project is conceived as a singular composition, informed by travel, history, and the rituals of daily life, and carried through to completion with precision and discretion.
